Blakeney Pit Sailing – North Norfolk Sailing Simulator
Blakeney Pit Sailing is a North Norfolk sailing simulator that puts you at the helm of a traditional Stiffkey Cockle. Trim the jib and mainsail, work the wind and tide, and race across a recreation of Blakeney Pit surrounded by its familiar moorings, pontoons, boats and harbour landmarks.
The latest Cockle Club Race mode features all 17 real racing buoys, GPS-surveyed and placed in their correct positions. Each race uses a newly generated course with authentic start signals, port and starboard mark roundings, penalty turns and AI crews that understand starts, tacking and laylines. You can also race other sailors online through Game Center, chase world records and personal-best ghosts, complete arcade and time-trial courses, or simply explore the harbour in Free Sail mode.

Take control of a traditional Stiffkey Cockle and race around courses using the real navigation marks of Blakeney Pit. Steer with the rudder, trim the jib and mainsail, read the wind and tide, round each buoy correctly and compete against a fleet of rival boats.

Create a Cockle that feels like your own by choosing its name, registered port, sail number and gunwale stripe. Your personalised boat appears throughout the game and on the water, giving you a distinctive Cockle to race against computer-controlled crews and other players online.
Authentic Cockle Club Racing
Race around the real Blakeney Pit marks while following correct port and starboard buoy roundings. Miss a mark, cross incorrectly or collide with another boat and you may need to complete a penalty turn—adding genuine racing rules and tactical decisions to every course.
